We have developed the Mitec Management Exploitation System for dredgers (BNDS). The component parts are: Mitec processor, data base, GPS and sonar.

The first step is the correct measurement of the landscape, and important information (such as prohibited areas, bank slope etc) can be factored in. The position of the dredger is monitored and supervised. When problems show up on the monitor, we can go so far as to halt the entire process, if necessary. All effects are monitored and documented. Because of this system, you will have a clear picture of the entire process of gravel extraction and the actual state of the subsurface.
